NOTE:
The opening address will take place at 2:15PM sharp, so please have all teams seated by this time.. The Manager will be given the lollies to distribute afterwards. Each team will be allocated a table, with only players, Coach and Manager to sit at that table. This will make it a lot easier to get the players up on stage and back to their seats with a minimum of disruption. Parents and other guests will have seating behind the players’ tables.

There will be coffee, tea, cordial etc for parents, other non-playing children, and guests.

Annual General Meeting: A reminder that the Annual General meeting will be held on the 10TH of January 2013 at the Club House (Brendale) commencing at 1930 (7:30PM). This is your opportunity to be part of the committee for the 2013 season or to come along and make your opinion known on what direction the Club should take next year . The club needs your involvement to function, remember all the work behind the scenes is carried out by volunteers (currently 19 people doing 60 positions/jobs).

If you feel you could take a job on board or assist in anyway it will be greatly appreciated and will cut down the workload of the others who are currently doing more than one job within the Club.
